Accelerate Action This Women’s History Month.

Women are leaving the workforce at record rates—and it’s time to turn the tide.

At Empowered EDI, we’ve surveyed over 5,600 women in Canadian workplaces to understand what’s driving this alarming trend. Here’s what we found:

ONLY

54%

feel their perspectives are included in decision-making.

21%

have felt silenced or dismissed at work.

JUST

70%

believe their job performance is evaluated fairly.

The pandemic erased 35 years of women’s economic gains in just two months.

IT’S TIME TO REBUILD—AND GO FURTHER.

This Women’s History Month, bring our powerful keynote to your organization. It’s designed to inspire action, address systemic barriers, and create workplaces where women and non-binary people can thrive.
